Operator and customer eligibility

The contracting operator is Matias Eichner, trading as Viewsnorth. Full provider details appear in the legal notice. This offer is exclusively for entrepreneurs acting in their commercial or independent professional capacity and is not offered to consumers.

Website and free fit check

This website is general information, not legal, tax, or financial advice. Submitting the request form starts a free fit check; it does not create an engagement or guarantee acceptance. An audit engagement begins only when scope is confirmed in writing and the audit fee is paid.

Shopify platform deadline

Shopify states that non-Plus stores have until 26 August 2026 to upgrade and replace their existing Thank you and Order status pages. This external platform deadline is not a delivery deadline or completion commitment by Viewsnorth. Source: Shopify Help Center.

£250 net audit

The £250 net standard scope covers one non-Plus Shopify store with legacy Thank you or Order status purchase sources or directly related post-checkout blocks, no server-side or historical-data repair, and the minimum access needed to inspect the mapped setup. Multi-store, Plus, and excluded work require a different written scope. The audit delivers the current-state inventory, one decision and risk rank per mapped source, test plan, implementation-access list, and fixed implementation quote. It does not include implementation, a production test order, or post-change evidence. All displayed prices are net prices and exclude statutory VAT where applicable.

The audit is paid 100% upfront after fit is confirmed. Within one business day after receiving the requested audit access and information, the operator will either confirm completeness in writing or send a written missing-items list; each resubmission is reviewed under the same one-business-day acknowledgement period. The complete audit will be delivered within 24 elapsed hours after the operator confirms in writing that all required audit access and information are complete. If the complete audit is not delivered within that window, the full amount actually paid for the audit, including any VAT charged, is automatically returned to the original payment method within five business days.

Separate implementation

Implementation is a separate engagement. The audit ends with a fixed quote. Most standard implementation scopes are quoted at £1,250–£2,500 net before the audit credit; larger or more complex scopes can cost more, and only the implementation price stated in the written quote for the store is binding. The £250 net audit fee is credited against the implementation price before VAT when the written quote is accepted within seven calendar days after it is sent. A refunded audit fee cannot also be used as an implementation credit. 60% of the implementation amount due after any applicable audit credit is payable before work and 40% at handoff. Standard implementations are typically delivered in two to four business days after the written implementation quote and scope are accepted, the required first payment is received, and the operator confirms in writing that all required implementation access and information are complete; the written quote controls. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays at the operator’s service address.

Implementation scope and exclusions

Only work explicitly listed in the accepted quote is included. Unless separately written into that scope, the service excludes media buying, theme redesign, general CRO, email-flow strategy, legal consent review, server-side tracking, historical data repair, unrelated checkout development, and ongoing monitoring. Third-party subscriptions, app fees, payment gateway charges, and test-order costs are excluded.

Observed verification; no performance guarantee

One controlled order verifies only the agreed configuration and evidence observed at the stated test time and condition. Platform diagnostics can be delayed or incomplete. Viewsnorth does not guarantee advertising results, revenue, attribution parity, identical reports, every future consent or payment path, or future behaviour of Shopify, Google, Meta, Klaviyo, or another third party.

Reversal limits

Not every Shopify change can be rolled back. Eligibility and time limits are controlled by Shopify, and legacy scripts may not be restorable after an upgrade or platform deadline. Pre-change records and contingency notes are supplied only for reversals the platform permits; universal rollback is not promised.

Additional 14-day correction promise

Written handoff occurs when the evidence packet and final configuration map are delivered after completion. Defects introduced by Viewsnorth’s implementation are corrected at no additional service charge for 14 calendar days from that handoff. This additional promise does not limit any applicable statutory rights or any rights or remedies stated in the accepted written scope. The additional promise does not cover third-party platform changes, changes made by other parties after handoff, or items expressly documented as excluded, unresolved, or assumed.

Customer responsibilities and data

You confirm that you are authorized to commission the work, grant the access supplied, and place or approve the controlled test order. Consent and privacy-policy decisions for the store remain with the merchant and its advisers. Viewsnorth follows the merchant’s documented consent-platform instructions and does not provide legal consent advice. Do not supply passwords or data you are not authorized to share. A separate Article 28 data-processing agreement must be executed before any access for which Viewsnorth will process personal data on the merchant’s behalf.

Agencies, non-solicitation, and intellectual property

White-label delivery, confidentiality, client-contact restrictions, and non-solicitation apply only when they are stated in the accepted agency scope. On full payment, the paying client may use the delivered audit, evidence packet, and configuration map, including agreed white-label use. Viewsnorth retains its pre-existing methods, reusable templates, and website content.

Illustrations and third-party marks

The audit report SAMPLE-001, its neutral “Synthetic Store 001” identifier, the separate interactive walkthrough DEMO-VERIFY-001, and all of their states, values, and results are fictional illustrations, not real businesses, client records, or guaranteed outcomes. Viewsnorth is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify, Google, Meta, or Klaviyo.

Written agreement and mandatory rights

The accepted written scope controls store-specific implementation scope, price, access, test conditions, and timing. The public audit delivery-and-refund promise, audit-credit promise, and additional 14-day correction promise remain minimum terms unless an expressly identified variation is individually negotiated and accepted in writing before the corresponding payment. Mandatory statutory rights and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. German law and any permissible venue agreement apply as stated in the accepted written scope. The German service conditions are the controlling website terms; this English version is provided for information. An accepted written scope may expressly select a different controlling language.
