What happened?

Four questions, about a minute. You’ll see where you stand before you share a name.

When did it happen?
Did you need medical care?
Was someone else at fault?

Being partly at fault doesn’t always rule out a claim in Texas.

Worth a conversation

At a real firm, a case manager would call you within 15 minutes. This is a portfolio demo, so nothing was sent and no one will call.

§ 3How your case works

Four steps.
We carry the weight.

A courthouse pediment and columns under a heavy sky, in black and white
We prepare every case for trial. That is why most of them never need one.
  1. Today · Free

    A real conversation.

Tell us what happened. An attorney reviews your case, explains your options in plain English, and tells you honestly whether we can help.

  2. Weeks 1–4

    We lock down the evidence.

Crash reports, camera footage, black-box data and witness statements, gathered before they disappear. From here, the insurers talk to us, not you.

  3. Months 2–9

You heal. We build the claim.

We help you get treatment, even without health insurance, and document every cost: medical bills, lost wages, and what this has taken from your life.

  4. Resolution

A fair settlement, or a jury.

We negotiate from strength and only recommend settling when the offer reflects what your case is truly worth. If it doesn’t, we go to court.

§ 4Your attorneys

You’ll know who’s
fighting for you.

Your case is led by a partner from the first call to the final check, never handed to someone you have not met.

How much does it cost to hire you?

Nothing upfront. We work on contingency: our fee is a percentage of what we recover, agreed in writing before we start. If we don’t win, you owe us nothing.

How long do I have to file a claim?

In Texas, most personal injury claims must be filed within two years of the injury. Claims against a city, county or state agency can require formal notice within six months or less, so it’s worth calling early.Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code §§ 16.003, 101.101

Should I talk to the other driver’s insurance company?

Be polite, but don’t give a recorded statement or sign anything before speaking with a lawyer. Adjusters are trained to find reasons to pay less.

What if I was partly at fault?

Texas uses a modified comparative fault rule. You can still recover if you were 50% or less responsible; your award is reduced by your share of the fault.Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code § 33.001

What is my case worth?

It depends on your medical costs, lost income, pain and suffering, and the insurance available. After reviewing your records we’ll give you an honest range, never a number designed to win your business.

How long will my case take?

Most cases resolve in six to eighteen months; a trial takes longer. We won’t rush you into a settlement before we know the full cost of your injuries.
